September 8, 2026

As AI and high-density workloads raise the stakes of mission-critical operations, MCIM adds a seasoned SaaS revenue leader to scale alongside the operators it serves.

RICHMOND, Va., [Tuesday, September 8] — MCIM, the operational intelligence platform for mission-critical facilities, has appointed Todd Elliott as Chief Revenue Officer. He will lead MCIM’s revenue organization, uniting Sales, Strategic Partnerships, and Revenue Operations to widen access to the operational intelligence operators rely on to make their data centers stronger.

Elliott brings more than a decade of experience building revenue organizations within private equity-backed SaaS companies and turning ambitious commercial strategies into measurable growth. He has led go-to-market teams through rapid expansion and worked closely with boards and investors to build commercial organizations that deliver consistently for customers.

“Our customers are building and operating faster than this industry has ever had to, so they need partners that can keep pace,” said Mike Parks, CEO of MCIM. “Todd has spent his career building revenue organizations that scale with that kind of demand, so he’ll ensure we stay focused on the outcomes that matter most. He’s a builder and developer of people who will help us reach more customers while also deepening our existing partnerships, so I couldn’t be more excited to have him help lead MCIM’s next chapter.”

“What drew me to MCIM is the importance of the problem we’re solving,” said Elliott. “Data center operators are responsible for infrastructure the world increasingly depends on, and MCIM gives them the intelligence to operate it with greater confidence. I’m thrilled to join a team whose work has such a direct connection to the reliability of these environments.”

MCIM enters this next chapter with an established presence supporting global mission-critical operations. The company manages more than 1.7 million assets across 11,000+ sites in more than 100 countries, representing over 7 GW of IT capacity. Elliott’s appointment adds proven commercial leadership to support the breadth and scale of MCIM’s global customer base.
