Richmond, Va. — [August 19, 2026] — MCIM today announced Stronger Together, its first-ever customer conference, taking place November 4-5, 2026, at Lansdowne Resort in Leesburg, Va. Designed exclusively for professionals responsible for mission-critical operations, the event will bring together approximately 40 data center leaders for two days of practical learning, peer networking, and collaboration.
Held immediately after DCD Connect Virginia, Stronger Together gives attendees the opportunity to participate in two valuable industry events during a single trip. While DCD Connect brings together the broader data center ecosystem, Stronger Together offers a more focused forum for mission-critical operators to exchange ideas and discuss the operational realities shaping their organizations.
Stronger Together came out of MCIM’s expertise from working so closely with customers. Years of site visits, platform data, implementation reviews, and countless conversations with operators in the field had made the same challenges impossible to ignore, including workforce readiness, reliability, capital planning, and more. When MCIM launched its Customer Advisory Board this year, those conversations made it clear that operators needed a dedicated place to work through these problems together.
These challenges rarely stop at one organization’s walls, yet operators have had few spaces built specifically to solve them collectively. Stronger Together was built to be that space, bringing together leaders from every level of the operation to turn shared problems into real, usable outcomes.
Three Tracks for Modern Mission-Critical Teams
The conference is organized into three dedicated learning tracks, allowing attendees to tailor the experience to their role while encouraging organizations to send multiple members of their leadership team.
- Strategic Track: Designed for executives and portfolio leaders responsible for capital planning, operational governance, risk management, and long-term strategy.
- Operational Track: Focused on directors, regional managers, and site leaders looking to improve execution, reliability, workflow optimization, and operational performance across facilities.
